- Season Greetings, Vintage Homeowners!
We are very excited to announce our chosen candidate to be the new Site Manager for The Vintage.
His name is Bill Green and we couldn't be more pleased to have found a candidate whom we believe will fulfill all of our essential requirements and more.
Bill was previously site manager at The Plantation Resort, then moved in 2024 to The Montage Kapalua Bay as Project Security Coordinator, working extensively with Residential and Operations managers and teams.
Bill has deep roots in our community and is well-respected both as an employee and as a volunteer in many community endeavors, some of which include: founding member of The Canoe Racing Association in Hawaii; Programs for Youth and Seniors Over Sixty-five; and as a Medical First Responder.
After losing his home in the fire, Bill now lives in Lahaina with his family in their newly built home.
Bill's first day is January 5th.

- As of May 1, 2024, there is a change to outgoing US postal mail collection. The box at our Clubhouse (175 Kualapa Place) is no longer in use. Outgoing mail may now be placed in any of the individual delivery boxes on the property. The Letter Carrier will be happy to collect this outgoing mail as they deliver. Read the full memo here.

Owner Alerts & Reminders
Just a reminder that if you have requests for work to be done on the Vintage property, our Site Manager is your best contact to get them addressed. Send your requests by email to office@vintagekaanapali.com.
The 2025 Pest Control Schedule was distributed in January. You can read it here.
Reminder: Rental of owner homes must be for no less than 180 days. Vacation and short-term rentals are not allowed by authority of Vintage governing documents and Maui County Ordinances.
