Hello Neighbors!
- You should have received the Annual Meeting Notice for March 10, 2025 and the call for nominations, via US Postal Mail. The notice is also available here. (Note that email nomination submissions are also acceptable.)
- If you did not receive an email about the recent KGE election, we encourage you to call Maui Destination Management at 808-244-9021 and tell them you did not get a ballot. This will also give you an opportunity to update your contact information with our management company.

- As of May 1, 2024, there is a change to outgoing US postal mail collection. The box at our Clubhouse (175 Kualapa Place) is no longer in use. Outgoing
mail may now be placed in any of the individual delivery boxes on the property. The Letter Carrier will be happy to collect this outgoing mail as they deliver. Read the full memo here. - The 2025 Budget is posted on this Web site under the Owner tab, then "Financials and Budgets."

Tucked away between the beauty of the Ka’anapali Golf courses on one side and the scenic West Maui mountains on the other, our community strives to be a harmonious oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Whalers Village Shopping Center and one of the world’s best beaches.
Whether you are a full time or part time resident, an owner or a long-term renter, we strive to be one.

Owner's Potluck, with music by Harry & Missy
Sunday, March 9th, 6pm-9pm at Poolside
The night before the annual meeting we have a party and everyone brings a dish to share (and the Association contributes some food also). We have Harry and Missy for music. The party is 6:00 to 9:00 on the 9th. - Don Weston

Some of our owners have created a social Vintage Kaanapali Facebook group. If you'd like to keep up others who live here, please join us! Please note this is not an official HOA communication site and is run by the community.
Owner Alerts & Reminders
Just a reminder that if you have requests for work to be done on the Vintage property, our Site Manager Paul Beattie is your best contact to get them addressed. Send your requests by email to office@vintagekaanapali.com.
Reminder: Rental of owner homes must be for no less than 180 days. Vacation and short-term rentals are not allowed by authority of Vintage governing documents and Maui County Ordinances.
